Witnesseth that the said Griffin Peachy for and in consideration of the Sum of twenty five Pounds Current Money to him in Hand paid by the said Christopher before the Sealing & Delivery hereof the Receipt whereof the said Griffin doth hereby acknowledge Hath granted, bargained, Sold, Alien, enfeos? & Confirmed & by these Presents Doth Grant, Bargain, Sell, Alien, enfeaff?
