Booth to Randolph

THIS INDENTURE made this Eleventh day of June in the year of our Lord
one thousand seven hundred and Eighty two David Booth and his Mother,
Judith Booth of the County of Campbell, of the one part and Peter
Randolph of the County of Amelia of the other Part.  WITNESSETH that the
said David Booth and his Mother, Judith Booth, for and in Consideration
of one hundred and fifty pounds hard money to him in hand paid by The
said Peter Randolph before the sealing and Delivery of these presents
the Receipt whereof we doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof Acquit the
said Peter Randolph, his Heirs, Executors and Administrators.  We, the
said David Booth and his Mother Judith Booth, HATH granted, bargained &
sold and by these presents DOTH grant, give, bargain and sell unto the
said Peter Randolph and his Heirs and assigns for ever one hundred acres
more or less of Land lying and being in the County of Amelia and bounded
as followth Viz;  Beginning at deep Creek Bridge thence up the Road to
William Vaden's line to a Corner white oak thence along Vaden's line to
deep Creek thence down the said Creek as it Meanders to the beginning
Together with all woods, Waters, Water Courses, profits, commodities,
hereditements and appurtenances whatsoever to the the same belonging on
in any ways appertaining and the remainder and Remainders, Revision and
Revisions, Right, Title, Interest, use, trust , property, claim and
demand of them the said David Booth and his mother, Judith Booth of, in
and to the said Tract or Parcel of Land and all and Singular the above
granted Premises and every part and Parcel thereof with the
appurtenances.TO HAVE & TO HOLD the said Tract or Parcel of Land and all
and singular the above granted premises above mentioned with the
appurtenances herein before mentioned is intended to be hereby granted &
sold unto the said Peter Randolph his Heirs and assigns for ever.  And
they the said David Booth and his mother, Judith Booth for themselves
their Heirs Executors & Administrators doth covenant, grant and agree to
and with the said Peter Randolph, his Heirs, Executors, administrators
and assigns in manner and form following viz: that they, the said David
Booth and his mother, Judith Booth, at the time of Sealing and
delivering these Presents, is and stands Lawfully seized of and in the
above granted Premises and every part thereof of a good sure Profit and
indefeasible Estate of -- and fee simple And also that the said Peter
Randolph, his Heirs and assigns shall and may for ever hereafter,
peaceably and quietly have, hold, possess, and enjoy the said premisses
With the appurtenances and every part thereof without the Lawful leg.
suit, Trouble eviction or molestation of them, the said David Booth and
his Mother, Judith, their Heirs or assigns or any other person or
Persons whatsoever in or to the same Premises or any part or Parcel
thereof.  AND that the said Tract or parcel of Land and every part
thereof with the appurtenances is free and clear from all other
bargains, Sales, grants, Gifts, -- Mortages and all other Incumbrances
whatsoever AND LASTLY that the said David Booth and his Mother Judith
for themselves and their Heirs and their assigns against the Title,
Claim and demand of them the said David  Booth and his mother Judith
their Heirs and assigns and all other persons whatsoever shall and will
warrant & forever defend IN WITNESS whereof they the said David Booth
and his mother Judith hath hereunto set their hands and Seals the day
and Year above written.
