One certain tract or parcel of Land containing Three hundred and thirty four acres more or less lying and being in the County of Amelia on the North side of Little Nottoway River and bounded as followeth to with, Beginning at Yarboroughs corner Sycamore and white oak on the River thence along his line North twenty five Degrees West one hundred and eight two Poles to Pressleys corner thence along his line North twenty six degrees East Two hundred and forty Poles to his corner thence along Nathaniel Robinsons line Southeast one hundred and seventy Poles to Henry Robinsons line thence along his line South forty degrees West seventy two Poles to his corner Spanish Oak thence South thirteen degrees West seventy eight Poles to his corner thence South thirty seven degrees East Ninety six Poles to his corner Pine thence West fourteen degrees South fourteen Poles to his corner Pine thence South thirty one Degrees West one hundred and three Poles to his corner Red Oak on the River thence up the River as it meanders to the beginning. With all &c. to have and to hold &c. to be held &c. yielding and paying &c. provided &c. In Witness &c.
