of Lunenburg to Francis Patram of Amelia Co.  Dated May 24, 1760.
Consideration:  40 pounds.  64 acres in Amelia Co. L/S Winticomake Creek,
being part of 400 acres patented to William Tisdale on July 9, 1737, adj.
Willson, and said creek as it meanders, with all houses, etc.
