Obituary Abstract of Leah Pollard, 1828 - Amelia Co. VA

Obituary - The Richmond Enquirer, Tuesday, December 30, 1828. 
     "Died--in Amelia County, in the month of November 
last. Mrs. Leah Pollard, in the ninety ninth year of her age; she was the
mother of 16 children the youngest of which was alive at her death, and
about forty eight years of age.  It is probable she has left as great a
number of descendants as any person ever did."
