January Court 1813 The County Court of Amelia Gent My late husband John Blankinship having departed this life intestate it becomes necessary for the immediate interest of the estate that some person should qualify as administrator. Not feeling a disposition to take upon myself the burden of such a trust, I hereby transfer the same to my son Samuel Blankenship. It being also necessary that a division of the estate should take place, I hereby consent to any order or decree the court may access equitable and just. Teste A. T.
