Item I give and beqeath unto my Son Stephen all theLand I now possess also Two negroes named Ben and Joe Boy to him and his Heirs forever. Item I give and bequeath unto my Son Stuart Farley one Negroe man named Bobb; Item I give unto my Son Daniel Farley one negro named Jimmboy to him and his heirs For Ever. I give and bequeath unto my Son William Farley one negro named Lewis to him, and his heirs for Ever. Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Hannah one Negro named Suckey also one bed and Furniture as it Stand commonly called her bed to she and her heirs forever. Item I give and beueath unto my daughter Betty Stuart one negro named Cloe to she and her heirs Forever , Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter in Law Sarah Farley one Nego named Nance to she and her heirs forever and all the rest of my Estate To be Equally Divided, amongst all my Legates metioned to they and heir heirs forever. I appoint my Son Stephen Farley and my Son Daniel Farley my whole and Sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testement hereby Revoking & disassembling all other wills by me made formerly.
