Will Book 3 Amelia County Virginia page 137 Date 25 July 1782

We the subscribers being appointed by the Court of Amelia County to receive of 
John Johns Administrator of the Estate of John Johns deceased a final settlement
of the said Estate have by virtue there of said of  and allotted the widdow of the 
said deceased her Dower in the same.  As also have allotted the legatees their 
respective parts in the said Estate as appears on the back of this writing

The boundery of the land allotted to the widdow aford is from the ford upon
Little Creek and from thence up a small stream to Capt. Rowland Ward lower line
from thence allong the said line to deep Creek also Slaves Lewis, Amy, and Ceasar,
likewise one third part of the stock and House furniture to the Legatees ( to wit )

The same to Mary Johns
The same to Sarah Johns
The same to Nathaniel Johns
The same to Stephen Johns
The same to Rich'd Mitchel in right of his wife

Returned to the County Court of Amelia July 25, 1782 and 
ordered to be recorded
