I give and bequeath to my beloved Sister Jane Pollard my half of the land whereon she and myself now reside, the said land being deeded to us and contains about twenty three and a half acres which said land I do hereby give to my said sister Jane and her heirs forever and I also give her every thing of every description whatever that I possess or have a right to and lastly I constitute and appoint Mssr.
