Thompson knowing the uncertainty of life and being of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testamint and do hereby revoke all former wills made by me at anytime. 1st. I direct that all my just debts be paid. 2nd I give to my beloved wife Rececca P. Thompson all of my estate both reall and personal to have and to hold during her natural life or as long as she remains my widow for her benefit and support and for the benefit & support of my minor children. 3rd At my wifes death or marriage I leave to my son Walter B. Thompson all of my land known as the Horner land containing about 109 acres. Also two acres of land bought of Cader(Cacter/Carter). Until each and all of my three daughters Maud R. Thompson, Lelia A. Thompson, and Nellie A. Thompson shall marry or die they shall have and enjoy an equal interest with my said son in the aforesaid property so long as they remain single or live, but when each & all of my three daughters married above shall die or marry then I give to my said son Walter B. Thompson all th e said land known as the Homer tract and the two acres bought of Carter. My intention being that the share of each daughter aforesaid shall cease when married or dead. All of my personal property I give to my said son Walter B. Thompson at the death of my wife. 4th At my said wifes death I give to my daughters, Lelia A. Nellie A. Mrs. Sarah E. Wingo, all of the land on the north side of the road and known as the Baldwin land about 160 acres also the land I bought of Willie Farrar about 450 acres to be equally divided between them. 6th I give to my son George W. Thompson all the land known as the Martin land containing about 22 !/2 cares adjoining the land of D.F. Neathery _orhus. I hereby appoint my beloved wife Rebecca P. Thompson Executrix of this my last will and testament and request the Court not to require any security of her. As witness my hand and seal this 26th of February 1895. Henry S.
