Wingo being in bad health but of sound disposing mind and memory do make and constitute this my last will and testament. First I direct my executor hereafter named to pay all my just debts. Item. I hereby give to my mother Mary Hutcherson now the wife of John Hutcherson and my sister Letitia Brooks wife of John Books Jr., all of my estate of any description to be equally divided between them to them and their heirs forever. I hereby appoint my friend John Bookes Jr. executor requiring no security of him. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 28th day of January 1829.
