and wife Elizabeth.  Leg.
Wife, Elizabeth, land whereon I now live and all upon it during 
her life or widowhood; son, JOHN, land whereon I live; desire son 
GARDINER, son JOHN,daughters, ELIZABETH, ANN, MILLICENT, SARAH and 
MARY have out of my effects as much as my son WILLIAM and daughter 
WINEFRED had when they were married; after all are equalized, 
remainder my estate. be equally divided among them all, except 
JOHANNA; I desire she may keep her part for life and no longer,and 
then her share fall to her son WILLIAM.
