Research made by Scioto M. Herndon Cemetery Location: Across the road from the Sangersville Brethern Church, at the north edge of Sangersville, Virginia. Augusta County This has been a community plot. The most interesting and unusual thing about it is that on the old stones there are very few dates. Many of the markers are of wood and river rock and all are small and low. There are more children’s graves, for the size of the plot, than any yet found. The plot is well kept having no weeds, brush etc. and is enclosed by a wire fence. John B. son of J.A. Miller died Nov. 5, 1860 Aged 6 Yr. 4 Mo. & 22 D. Two infants of S.H.
