   Joseph Colins to whom the written power of attorney is granted this day  
personally appeared before me the undersigned auditor of accounts and made oath 
the same is not given by reason of my transfer mortgage or sale of the pension 
or any part thereof,  for his own use but that the same is for the sole use and 
benefit of Nicholas Rader, the within named pensioner.
                          Received under my hand this 9th day of February 1830
