Obituary: Hattie Bell Coffey, 30 Jan 1999 Source: The Waynesboro News Virginian, ~2 Feb 1999 Contributor: Oscar Nuckols ----------------------------------------------------- Hattie Bell Coffey, 82, formerly of 300 S. Wayne Ave., died Saturday evening (Jan. 30, 1999) at the Auguesta Medical Center. She was born Oct. 1, 1916 in Nelson County, the daughter of the late Walker and Willie Blanch Booth Henderson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Willie V. Coffey, and a son, Harlan Grayson Coffey. She is survived by one daughter, Cynthia Gagnon of Waynesboro, one sister, Fannie F. Mayo of Fishersville; five grandchildren; 23 great- grand-children, and a host of nieces and nephews. A committal service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Rankin United Methodist Church Cemetery, with a memorial service to follow at 2 p.m. in the church.
