FLORENCE BLANCHE LAIR TOWBERMAN 

  Funeral services for Mrs. Florence Blanche Towberman, who died at 3 a.m. 
yesterday at her home in Goshen, will be held at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow from the 
Goshen Baptist Church, with the Rev. J.A. Davis officiating, assisted by the 
Rev. Wilton E. Allen.  Burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery, Goshen.

  Mrs. Towberman, who was born Sept. 6, 1869, in Rockbridge County, is 
survived by two sons, Edward G. Towberman of Goshen and Leslie L. Towberman 
of Charlottesville; a step-son, Paul W. Towberman, of Staunton; one sister, 
Miss Odelia A. Lair of Goshen, and two brothers, T.H. Lair and R.E. Lair, 
both of Clifton Forge.
