Thomas Humphrey (age proved by Richard Humphrey) and Eliza Mines (daughter of 
George Mines present)
This day Richard Humphrey personally appeared before me Deputy Clerk of said 
Court and made oath that Thomas Humphrey (who is about to intermarry with 
Eliza Mines) is upward of Twenty one years of age. Given under my hand this 
10th June 1851.
