"In the Name of God Amen

I Reuben Larew of Augusta County in the State of Virginia being weak in body but
of sound mind and memory (blessed be God) do this seventh day of November in the
year of Lord 1810 make and publish this my last will and testament,  First I
will to be paid all necessary expenses
I will my brother Peters three children viz Abraham Larue Sarah Felts and
Elizabeth Bodine, one fifth part of my estate equally divided and also I will my
sister Ann Drake and her two children one fifth to be divided as above and I
will all the remaining part of my estate to my brother Jacobs children viz Peter
Larew Elizabeth Allin John Larew Benjamin Larew Joseph Larew Sally Best Polly
Larew Jacob Larew and Amy Larew each one to have an equal share and I make my
nephews Benjamin and Joseph Larew sole executors of this my last will and
testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above
written

Signed Sealed and delivered by the testator as and for his last will and
testament in the presence of us who were present at the signing and sealing
thereof.

At a Court continued and held for Augusta County on the 27th day of August 1811
This last will and testament of Reuben Larew was presented in Court and proved
by the oaths of George Zumbro and Walter Davis - two of the witnesses thereto
and ordered to be recorded.  And on the motion of Benjamin Larew and Jacob Larew
the executors therein named who made oath according to law and together with
George Zumbro and John Spotts their securities entered into and acknowledged
their bond in the penalty of three thousand dollars conditioned as the law
directs certificate is granted them for obtaining probat thereof in due form
