To wit: 1st I desire that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate. Secondly. It is my will that David S. Hunter shall have all my personal estate whatsoever that is to say monies, bonds, notes, accounts, household and kitchen furniture of every description & every piece or pieces of property in any wise belonging to me. Lastly I hereby constitute and appoint David S. Hunter Executor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty third day of January A.D. One thousand eight hundred and forty nine. Teste Bengamin Bryan Frederick Craun John Craun her Elizabeth Sites seal Mark Augusta County Court September Term 1849 This last will and testament of Elizabeth Sites dec'd was presented in Court and proved by the oath of Bengamin Bryan and Frederick Craun two of the subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded and on the motion of David S. Hunter the executor named in said will who made oath according to law and with Bengamin Bryan and John Craun his securitied who justified as to their sufficiency entered into and acknowledged a bond in the sum of Twenty five hundred dollars conditioned as the law required which bond is ordered to be recorded.
