Price ------------------------------------------------- James Gregory Will- In the name of God amen, I James Gregory, being sick and in low condition but, in perfect sense and memory do dispose of my affairs as follows and first I recommend my body to the earth and my soul to God who gave it and as for my worldly affairs as follows viz my dear and loving mother. I leave her sole excutioner to call in my credits and pay out my debts and the remainder with my land to give to my loving brother Willaim, so help us God, gave under my hand this 2nd day of July 1771 his Teste James X Gregory Samuel Vance mark his William X Fullen mark NB My brother brother Naphtaly is to have five pounds & the other two, Samuel and John is to have ten pounds each out of the above will.
