Wood Cemetery Location: 5.5 miles north of Millboro Springs, Virginia Route #633 Bath County OWNERS: (1936) F.F. Hepler DESCRIPTION: This is a private cemetery and in a bad condition. There are six graves here, some with markers which have been knocked over. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: This is known as the Charles Faucett farm on which the Faucett Cemetery was established prior to 1852. There are buried in this cemetery one Charles Faucett who committed suicide by slashing his throat from ear to ear with a sharp instrument in the spring house.
