Cemetery Location:  1 mile northeast of Nimrod Hall, Virginia, Route #42
                    Bath County



OWNERS:

(1937) S.G. Roadcap – Present owner.

DESCRIPTION:

This seems to have been a private burying ground.  Is in very bad condition.

HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE:

The history of this burying ground seems to be most impossible to establish.

Warwick Gatewood seems to have lived on this place in 1835 according to Court 
Records.

The only inscriptions found which are partly destroyed, are as follows:

Cleal
Aged
Sept. 30th
1851
