Byrd in his own right and as admr: with the will annexed of John Byrd decd and others Defts This cause came on to be finally heard this 18th day of October 1852 upon the papers formerly read, and the first and second amended reports of Master Commisfioner Andrew Damron to which there are no exceptions and was argued by Counsel, Upon consideration whereof and the court adopting the second amended report of Commifsion Andrew Damron, from which amended report it appears that there is due from the defendant Andrew H. Byrd executor as aforesaid, to the Plaintiffs and defendants as follows to Wit: To the Plaintiff the Sum of 79$77/100 with interest on 52$88/100 [part] thereof from the 25th April 1851 till paid [?] to the defendant Alexander McClintic and wife 205$88/100 with interest on 138$60/100 part thereof from 25th April 1851, Till paid, to the defendants Adam Shields and wife 405$25/100 with interest on 268$50/100 part thereof from the 25th April 1851 till paid. to the defendants James Hickman and wife 144$55/100 with interest on 90$95/100 part thereof from the 25th April 1851 till paid and to the defendant John Byrd 149$91/100 with interest on 100$16/100 part thereof from 25th April 1851 till paid. It is adjudged ordered and decreed that the said defendant Andrew H. Byrd pay to the said plaintiff, and the said defendants respectively the several sums of money found to be due to them respectively as aforesaid, with interest thereon as aforesaid. And it further appearing from the said amended report that the defendants Francis Crutchfield and wife are indebted to the defendant Andrew H. Byrd, as executor as aforesaid the sum of one dollar and five cents, with interest thereon from the 25th April 1851 till paid. And that the defendant Henry Miller and wife are indebted to the said defendant Andrew H. Byrd [exer] as aforesaid the sum of 2$22/100 with interest --- from the 25th April 1857 till paid, and that there is nothing due to or from the defendant Thomas Byrd. It is further adjudged ordered and decreed that the said defendants Francis Crutchfield and wife and Henry Miller and wife respectively do pay to the said defendant Andrew H. Byrd the said sums of so found due by them respectively to him. And it is further adjudged ordered and decreed that the said defendant Andrew H.
