Wm ROBERTS and Elizabeth , Jane McDONALD, Robert PORTER and Margaret PORTER
his wife and Patsy McDONALD all of Bath Co. of one part and (to) John
McDONALD, Samuel MCDONALD and Wm. MCDONNALD sons of John MCDONALD lately
deceased of other part.
Sum of $6 paid
2 certain tracts lying of COWPASTURE RIVER and belonging to the estate of
aforementioned JOHN MCDONALD deceased and the first of said tracts of land
containing 277 acres and granted to the father of said john McDONALD deceased
by patent bearing date the 10th of April 1751 and whose name was John DONOLEY.
Says John McDONALD is lately deceased of Bath Co.
