In the name of God Amen that is to say It is my will and desire that after my death that I shall have a deacent buriel at the discression of my Executor hereafter Mentioned and it is further my will and desire that my daughter Jane MILLER shall have the Negro girl Suck which is with her at present and my bead and it further my will and desire that all the rest of my personal Estate consisting in three Negroes that is Odd, Tho[rn]ton & Lawson and five head of [horsbeasts] shall be sold at one years Credit and the Money when Collected to be equally divided amongst all my Children and it my will and desire that my Son Andrew H. BYRD Shall have the plantation I now live on and to pay to each of my other Children one hundred dollars within five or six years after my death. It is further my will and desire that William McClintic shall be my Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
