Wharton, Commissioner, acting under decree of the Circuit Superior Court of Law & Chancery of Bedford Co., pursuant at the October term of said court 1835 in a case lately therein defending of Martin & others against Martin & others of the one part and William Martin, Thomas Martin, Rebecca Martin, Daniel Martin, Job Martin, Benjamin Martin, Rachael Martin, Elizabeth Martin, Charles Martin, Mary Martin, Joseph Martin and Ann Martin, children and heirs of Joseph Martin, dec'd., the plaintiffs in said suit of the second part, the said court did order, adjudge and decree that John Martin, Lucy Martin, Joseph Martin, Sally Martin, Alfred Martin, William Martin, Martha Martin and Elizabeth Martin, defendants in said suit, the children and heirs of William Martin, dec'd., do by proper deed for that purpose with special warranty convey to the plaintiffs, the children and heirs of Joseph Martin, deceased, all their right, title and interest in a tract of land containing 15 acres. Land given, granted, bargained and sold from the defendants to the plaintiffs and the plaintiffs were ordered to pay $2 for it's receipt.
