Waldron/Pearcy Deed, 1859 - Bedford Co. VA

"This deed made the 10th day of March in the year eighteen hundred & fifty
nine between Moses Waldron of the one party and Dinna Pearcy, Eliza J.
Pearcy & Elizabeth Pearcy of the other party.  Witnesseth that in
consideration of services rendered to said Dinna Pearcy, Eliza J. Pearcy &
Elizabeth A. Pearcy by the said Moses Waldron to the value of three hundred
dollars the said Dinna Pearcy, Eliza J. Pearcy & Elizabeth A. Pearcy do
grant unto the said Moses Waldron all that part of their tract of land being
& lying east of the road beginning and running from Jno. Wigginton's field
near a large chesnut tree there to the ford at the branch on Jno. Andrew's
line and bounded by the said road on the one side and by Paschal Buford's
land on the other side &  by Andrew's line & Wigginton's line on the other
side & containing fifty acres more or less, the said grantors hereby release
to the said grantee all right & title to the said land and further agree to
warrant especially the property herein conveyed. Witnesseth the following
signatures & seals this 10th of March 1859."
