Received 15 pounds yearly; I do with the advice of the Council hereby certify that John Wright, who served as a soldier in the regiment of Militia , belonging to the Commonwealth, command by Colonel Charles Lynch, and who was dangerously wounded at the Battle of Guilford Court House, is put on the list of pensioners with an allowance of twelve pounds per annum. commencing the 5th day of December 1793 according to law.
