I Mary Preston of the County of Bedford widow and relict of Thomas Preston decd
having acquired since the decease of my husband certain property hereafter named
do give and bequeath the same in manner & form following that is to say I give
to my son John Preston a negroe girl which I purchased of Edmund Frankleyn by
the name of Beck to him and his heirs forever. 2d. I give to my Grand daughter
Susannah Agnew formerly Susannah Preston one sorrel mare with a blaze face five
years old next spring. One featherbed and furniture and one cow and calf to her
and her heirs forever. 3rd. I give to my Grandson Thomas Preston one mare colt
rising two years old also the benefit of about fourteen pounds which I have paid
for debts due from the Estate of my decd Husband as will appear from vouchers to
that effect. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal
this ___ day of January 1803.

Preston}

At a Court held for Bedford County at the courthouse the 26th of Feby 1810, This
last Will and Testament of Mary Preston decd was proved by the oath of Isaac
Preston & William Preston witnesses thereto & ordered to be recorded. And on the
motion of John Preston who........ (The rest was cutoff).
