She was a loving mother and friend. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; and one son. Mrs. Horne is survived by three daughters, Dottie Malone of Kearneysville, W.Va., Bonnie Fowler of Dickerson, Md., and Betty Strouth of Rich Valley, Va.; three sons, Harry Horne of Mechanicsburg, Pa., Charles Horne of Marion and Bobby Horne of Ranson, W.Va.; one sister, Darlene Rothgeb of Spokane , Wash.; 14 grandchildren, including Connie Henderson, who Mrs. Horne raised; 18 great- grandchildren; four nieces; and one nephew. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 21, 2003, at 11 a.m. at Goodman's Chapel, Rich Valley, Va., with Rev. Neville Mozingo officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Cemetery, Ceres, Va. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 7 until 9 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel. Seaver-Brown Funeral Service is serving the Horne Family.
