                         July 10th, 1783.
   Present: Patrick Lockhart, Wm. Ward, Martin McFarran, John Armstrong & Robert
Harvey, Gent. Justices.

                          July 31st, 1783.
   Present: Geo. Skillern, Martin McFarran, Mathew Willson and Robert Harvey,
Gentlemen.

   John Leek examined on suspicion of felony. Found not guilty, to which verdict
Geo. Skillern, Gent., dissented. Opinion of the court that prisoner pay costs of
this trial, from which opinion Martin McFarran, Gent., dissented.
