Present. Benjamin Estill, Philip Love, Wm. McClenachan, Adam Smyth & Andrew Woods, Gentlemen Justices. Ord. that Wm. Kinnin, John Akin and John Blackburn being sworn to view the way from Camp Union to the Mountain & make report to the court whether a bridle way can be had or not. Ord. that Edward Springer be apptd. Overseer of the Road from the Smith's Shop at Mr. Breckinridge's to the fork of the road by James Allison's and Thos. McAdam Smyth do allot what tithables shall work thereon. Ord. that the court be adjd. till court in course.
