Adam Peck same, succeeding James McCall. Pat McGuire exempted from future payment of parish and County levies on account of his ago and infirmity. William Akin, orphan of Redman Akin, decd., chose Johnathan Martin as Guardian. Thirty-five pounds, 9 shillings and 6 pence allowed David May and Samuel Walker for running the dividing line between this and Rockbridge County. David May appointed Surveyor of the Road, succeeding Francis Smith. Wm. M. McClenachan, James Neelly, Johnathan Tosh and Godfrey Hamilton appointed to view the way proposed by Godfrey Hamilton from the Indian Hill to Godfrey Hamilton's. Edward McDonald appointed Surveyor of the Road succeeding Wm. Ross from Dr. Neelly's place to James Ellison's.
