Proof was made that Peter Cooper, a soldier in Capt. Bowyer's Company of Regulars at the seige of Ninety-six, was killed. William Robinson exempted from payment of fine imposed for not serving as a grand juror. Griffeth Dickerson, Thomas Goodson, Jr., and Johnathan Grimes ordered to view the nighest and best way from the head of Porkcastle into the road leading by the west fork to the lead mines, also same from the head of Shooting Creek leading to the road to the lead mines.
