Philip Love granted leave to include his lands in one survey. Wm. and James Nance each fined for not attending to serve as jurymen. Sarah Jones, a base born child of Elizabeth Jones, bound to James Dalzell. Malcum McCoun placed under bond for good behavior for a year and a day. Martin Turpin, same as next above. William Sharkey allowed for wagon and team used in the service of the State. James Snodgrass allowed for wagon and team used in the service of the state. Pat Lockhart entered into bond for collection of the taxes for 1785. Geo. Hannah, Saml. Kinnerly and Saml. Todd securities. Andrew Henry fined for insolence and swearing in court. Andrew Henry placed under bond for his good behavior for 12 months and 1 day. Wm. McClenachan, Joseph Looney and Wm. Ward took oaths of Commissioners of the Peace. Sarah Worley, orphan of Patrick Worley, bound to James Todd. Thomas Hawkins appointed Constable in Capt. Looney's Company, succeeding Austin Webb. Rev. Edward Crawford granted leave to perform the rites of matrimony in this Commonwealth. Moses Dunlop granted leave to include his lands in one survey. Geo. Skillern, Gent., appointed Lieutenant of the County. Joseph Paxton appointed Deputy Sheriff. Nathan Akin fined for contempt of court. Pat Lockhart appointed Major in the militia of this County.
