Alexander Simpson granted leave to build a grist mill over Mill Creek on his own land. Thomas McGeorge's delinquents for the public taxes in 1784 returned into Court. John Dugan deposeth that Abraham Cump, a mulatto man, lately in the possession of Wm. Foster of this County in the character of a slave, is a free born person and that his mother resided in Jersey. Clerk ordered to summon the different pensioners in this County to appear at next Court.
