Robert McElheny appointed Surveyor of the Road, succeeding John Arper. Wm. Crow granted an appeal to the next High Court of Chancery to be held in the City of Richmond to a decree entered in this Court last October upon an injunction Moors's Exors. against him. Bond given with James Leatherdale, Jr., security. Joseph Anderson allowed 20 pounds for loss of time and cash expended in getting himself cured of a wound which he received in the services of his country. Mathew Amacks considered a pensioner at 12 pounds a year. Laurence Conner the same at 6 pounds a year. Clerk ordered to furnish at next court a list of the Surveyors of the highways, and the roads that they work on. Wm. Davidson appointed Surveyor from the bridge near Uriah Humphries' old place to the first ford of the Cow Pasture. Samuel Scott appointed Surveyor of the Road from the ford of Cowpasture to the Red Hill.
