Ruben Ratliff exempted from payment in future of poll taxes on account of his age and infirmities. Geo. Willson the same. James Christian appointed Constable in Capt. Barnett's Company. Wm. McClenachan appointed to take the taxable ___ in Capt. Lewis' Company of Militia. April 12, 1786. Robert Harvey granted leave to include his lands in one survey. Thomas Anderson, Wm. Ritchey, Joseph Kyle, Saml. McFarran and Saml. McClure ordered to view the several ways for a wagon road from Crows Ferry to this Town. Robert Snodgrass placed under bond for good behavior for 12 months and 1 day, Isaac Snodgrass nnd Mathew Couney securities. Sheriff ordered to summon a Grand Jury of Inquest of 24 freehodlers [sic] to appear at next Court.
