Ordered that a road be established from Michael Cloyd's to the old road near John West's. Wm. McNeelly on the north fork of Roan Oak is appointed Constable, in place of William Robinson. Leave granted Christian Vineyard to include lands in one survey. John Neely, same. James Cratton, same. John Reaburne, same. Geo. Hancock allowed pay for 1447 pounds of iron furnished the Tobacco Inspector at Crow's Warehouse. Thomas McCallistcr appointed Constable in place of James Robinson. John Lewis, Alexander Lewis and James Moss ordered to view the way proposed for a road from the Sweet Springs to the County Line of Greenbrier. License granted Richard Morris to keep a tavern at his house. Elias Linkenbarger and Geo. Sturr appointed Surveyors of the Road.
