September 11, 1787.

   James Roberts granted license to keep a retail store in this Town.

   John Rightsman summoned to appear at next court to shew cause why his child
Peter should not be taken from him and bound out according to law, it appearing
that he beats him unmercifully.

   Samuel Todd appointed guardian to James Welsh, infant orphan of Thomas Welsh.
