James Cartmill appointed Surveyor of the road in place of Edward Green; Walter Lindsey in place of Moses Bennet; John Sterling in place of Michael Ochaltree. Thomas Goodson, Sr. appointed Valuer of Property in the upper district of this County. David Goods appointed Surveyor of the road, succeeding Anthony Ghoalston. September 10, 1788. John Smith granted license to retail goods. Richard Bandy appointed Constable in Capt. Graham's Company.
