The Grand Jury presented the following persons: James Reburn, Robert Shanklin and Robert Harris, Overseers of the Road for not keeping same in repair; Stephen Hughes for beating and evilly treating Elizabeth Stephens. Alexander Smyth discontinued as Deputy Clerk and Benjamin Rowe appointed to that office. Samuel Todd, Sheriff, made bond for collecting the County levy for the present year, George Hancock security.
