The Grand Jury presented the following persons: Alexander Wilson, retailing liquors without license. Humphrey Smith and James Smith, same. Andrew Lewis, retailing goods without license. Samuel and David Kean, same. William Crow, profanely swearing three oaths and being drunk at the same time, and abusing Rev. Edward Crawford and his religion. William Crow for stopping the highway leading to Wilsons Ferry. Surveyor of the Catawba road, not keeping same in repair. Surveyors of the road from Fort Lewis to the Big Lick, same. Surveyor of the road that crosses Jackson's River, same.
