Henry Ogburne granted license to perform the rites of matrimony throughout this State. Jeremiah Bell appointed Deputy Surveyor in this County. License granted Joseph Paxton to keep an ordinary at his house. James Cloyd appointed Surveyor of the Road. Joseph Thompson, orphan son of John Thompson, chose William Thompson for his guardian.
