James Crow appointed Surveyor of the Road. John Wright appointed Constable. Leave granted Alexander Wilson to keep an ordinary at Anderson's Ferry. Samuel Amacks appointed Surveyor of the Road. Patrick Lockhart, Philip Spikart, James Moore and Benjamin Peck appointed to view ft way proposed for a wagon road from this court house to Carper's Mill. Alexander Smyth granted license to practice law in the superior and inferior courts of this Commonwealth. Samuel Laforce exempted from paying for his slave Moll, on account of her age. John Lucus appointed Surveyor of the Road. Leave granted John Stanley to build a grist mill on his own lands lying on Craigs Creek.
