Leave granted John Service to retail goods throughout this State. August 14, 1789. Andrew Henry placed under peace bond. License granted Humphrey Smith to retail goods throughout this State. August 15, 1789. Samuel Todd recommended to the Governor as a fit person to serve as Sheriff.
