August 11, 1789.

    John Morrison, Abner Howell, Thomas Beams, James Smith, Nicholas Sharkey,
George Poage, fined for not attending to serve on grand jury.

August 12, 1789.

    Leave granted John Service to retail goods throughout this State.

August 14, 1789.

    Andrew Henry placed under peace bond. License granted Humphrey Smith to
retail goods throughout this State.

August 15, 1789.

    Samuel Todd recommended to the Governor as a fit person to serve as Sheriff.
