James Barnett took the oath to support the Constitution of the United States. Stephen Jett granted license to keep an ordinary. Samuel Kennerly granted license to keep an ordinary. November 11, 1789. Samuel Kennerly admitted a Deputy Sheriff. John Robinson, Michael Book, John Smyth and Nicholas Carper fined for not attending to serve as jurymen. John Cartmill took the oath to support the Constitution of the United States. Moses Rolston placed under bond to keep the peace.
