Benjamin Rowe admitted to practice as an Attorney in this County. The grand jury presented the following: George Gordon, selling liquor; Overseer of the Highway from the Stone House to the Big Lick, not keeping same in repair; Overseer from Big Lick to Mason's Creek, same; Overseer from Hane's to Smiley's, same; Overseer from Woods' to the head of Catawba, same. Christopher Fringer, assault and battery committed on the body of John Hamilton.
