John Casey appointed Overseer of the Road. John Newgent, son of Richard Newgent, decd., bound to John Riddlesperger. Henry Bogus appointed Overseer of the Road. Samuel Scott appointed Surveyor of the Road. John Tolbot (alias Andrews), a base born child of Elizabeth Talbot, bound to John Greenlee. Overseers of the Poor bound out Hannah Woods, a base born child of Leany Woods, to James Brown. Henry Gurney granted license to retail goods. Overseers of the Poor bound out Mary Gowing to John Johnston. Daniel McGinnis bound to John Bryan, (blacksmith). Thomas McGinnis bound to Philip Cole, (cord winder). Conrod Steers appointed Surveyor of the Road. John Neely appointed Surveyor of the Road. Canaan Gowing bound to Edward Pate. Ordered that a view be made of the way proposed for altering the road from Dennis Callagan's to Rodger Mourning's. Capt. John Mills appointed Surveyor of the Road. Thomas Mann appointed Constable. Robert Kyle appointed Constable in Capt. Paxton's Company. William Knox appointed overseer of the road. Hugh Caldwell appointed Constable.
