Certified to the General Assembly that no person is bound for the collection of taxes due from this County to the Commonwealth for the years 1786 and 1788. The following slaves, property of Edward Mitchell, set free, vis: Roger Rogis, Elizabeth Rogis and their children Thomas, Roger, Jack, Henry and William, also a Negro man named Samuel Calender and a woman named Rachael Nelson and her children, Juba, Jack and Lucy, and a Negro boy named Reuben Howard. Road established up Jennings Creek to the Bedford Line. Daniel Smiley appointed Constable.
